لَم أَرضَ سِوى هُدى نَبيٍّ وَوَلي

لَم أَرضَ سِوى هُدى نَبيٍّ وَوَلي

لا أَتَّبِعُ الباطِلَ وَالحَقُّ جَلي

لا أَتَّبِعُ الباطِلَ وَالحَقُّ جَلي

I have accepted nothing but the guidance of a prophet and a saint.

I follow naught but the guidance of a prophet and a friend

I do not follow falsehood while the truth is clear.

I do not pursue falsehood, for the truth is manifest

في الشَرِّ تَرانيَ ابنَ حَربٍ بَطَلاً

في الشَرِّ تَرانيَ ابنَ حَربٍ بَطَلاً

لَكنّيَ مِن شيعَةِ مَولايَ علي

لَكنّيَ مِن شيعَةِ مَولايَ علي

In wickedness, you see me as Ibn Harb, a champion.

In evil you see me a valiant son of war

But I am among the followers of my master Ali.

But I am of the party of my master Ali
