تهنيكم السنة التي هلت كما

هنَا كم من قبلها الميلادُ

هنَا كم من قبلها الميلادُ

May the year that has dawned bring you joy, just as

Congratulations on the year that has dawned

The Nativity brought you joy before it.

Like many before it, the birthday

سنةٌ بغرتها الختان زها وقد

سنةٌ بغرتها الختان زها وقد

أبهى مجددها السعيد عمادُ

أبهى مجددها السعيد عمادُ

A year at whose dawn the Circumcision shone, and indeed

A year whose youth was adorned with circumcision

Baptism made its happy renewal more splendid.

And its glorious renewal made radiant

أيام بشرٍ أشرقت ومواسمٌ

أيام بشرٍ أشرقت ومواسمٌ

غراءُ بيض كلها اعيادُ

غراءُ بيض كلها اعيادُ

Days of gladness have shone forth, and seasons

Days of good tidings dawned, and seasons

Radiant and white, all of them feast days.

Of blossoming white, all holidays

مددٌ مشرّفةٌ مقدسةٌ بها

مددٌ مشرّفةٌ مقدسةٌ بها

تعنو الأفاضل ثمّ والعبادُ

تعنو الأفاضل ثمّ والعبادُ

Honored and holy spans of time, in which

Extended, honorable, sacred times in which

The virtuous and the worshippers bow low there.

The virtuous and devoted flourish

دمتم إلى أمثالها ابداً ولا

دمتم إلى أمثالها ابداً ولا

برحت عليكم بالسرور تعادُ

برحت عليكم بالسرور تعادُ

May you live to see their like forever, and may they never

May you remain forever in times like it

Cease returning to you with joy.

And may you be continually blessed with joy

ولديكم الخيرات والبركات لا

ولديكم الخيرات والبركات لا

زالت على طول المدى تزدادُ

زالت على طول المدى تزدادُ

And may the good things and blessings you possess never

And may you have goodness and blessings

Cease increasing throughout the span of time.

That continue to grow for ages

وفروعكم دامت كحسب اصولها

وفروعكم دامت كحسب اصولها

تنشو ويشمل نشوها الاسعادُ

تنشو ويشمل نشوها الاسعادُ

And may your branches, true to their roots' nobility, continue

And may your branches last like their roots

To grow, and may good fortune encompass their growth.

Flourishing, with prosperity enveloping their growth

ويزين حسن فلاحهم ونجاحهم

ويزين حسن فلاحهم ونجاحهم

وفقٌ وسعيٌ صالحٌ ورشادُ

وفقٌ وسعيٌ صالحٌ ورشادُ

And may the beauty of their prosperity and success be adorned by

And may the beauty of their success and prosperity be adorned

Concord, righteous striving, and right guidance.

With righteous endeavor, effort, guidance and counsel

الترك ينشد داعياً ابداً

لكم طيبوا نفوساً أيها الأمجادُ

لكم طيبوا نفوساً أيها الأمجادُ

Al-Turk sings, forever praying

The Turk sings prayers forever

For you: be glad in spirit, O illustrious ones!

For you, O glorious ones

وازهوا بعزٍ مستطيل لم يزل

وازهوا بعزٍ مستطيل لم يزل

سعد السعود لبابهِ ينقادُ

سعد السعود لبابهِ ينقادُ

And exult in enduring might; without cease

And rejoice in the lasting honor that does not cease

The Fortune of Fortunes submits at its gate.

As Saad Al Saud is obedient at his door

ومديد عمر مستطيل في صفا

ومديد عمر مستطيل في صفا

عيشٍ هنيٍ حفّهُ الارغادُ

عيشٍ هنيٍ حفّهُ الارغادُ

And in a long, extended lifetime amid the serenity

And an extended age of prosperity in purity

Of pleasant living, surrounded by abundance.

Of pleasant, easy life, protected by shelter

فبذي بالنقا أيوب نصر الله قد

فبذي بالنقا أيوب نصر الله قد

وجب الثنا والمدح والاحمادُ

وجب الثنا والمدح والاحمادُ

Thus for one endowed with purity, Ayyub Nasr Allah, indeed,

With generosity, Ayoub, may God protect his victory

Praise, commendation, and acclaim are due,

Deserving of praise, eulogy and thanks

ولغاية الامال أنطون الفدا

ندبٌ رعاه الواحد الجوادُ

ندبٌ رعاه الواحد الجوادُ

And for the fulfillment of hopes, Antun al-Fida,

And for the height of hopes, Anton the selfless

A gallant man guarded by the One, the Bountiful.

Was called by the One, the Generous

داما بتوفيق حميد ما شدا

داما بتوفيق حميد ما شدا

فوق الغصون البلبل الغرادُ

فوق الغصون البلبل الغرادُ

May both endure with praiseworthy success, as long as there sings

They remain, by the blessing of praised Hamid, growing

Above the branches the warbling nightingale.

Above the branches the singing lark
