ليسَ الصُعوبةُ في الأوامر انما

كلُّ الصُعوبةِ في التمنُّع والهَوَى

The difficulty lies not in orders

Rather, all difficulty lies in refusal and desire

فضَع الإِماتة في الأوامر نفسِها

تُبصِر مَثاقِلَها أَخَفَّ من الهوا

So place obedience itself to death

You will see its burdens lighter than desire
