بابٌ تَزاحَمَ فيهِ الوَفدُ وازدَحمَتْ

مَواكِبُ الخَوفِ قبلاً والرَّجا فيهِ

A gate crowded with delegations and processions

Of fear before and hope within.

لا تَطلُبوا وصفَهُ بل أرِّخوهُ كفَى

أنَّ الأميرَ خليلَ اللهِ بانيهِ

Do not seek to describe it, but date it, enough

That the Prince Khalil Allah built it.
