جَعَلن ذو رُؤوء البَرقِ بَرقِ عَنيزَة

شِمالاً وَعن أَيمانِهِن العَوانِدُ

شِمالاً وَعن أَيمانِهِن العَوانِدُ

They set Dhū Ruʾūʾ, al-Barq—the Barq of ʿUnayzah—

The one with lightning vision made lightning of Unaiza

to their left, with al-ʿAwānid on their right.

To their left and to the right of them the defiant ones
