لهذاfor this reason حبlove of الزهرthe flowers تقاسمهshared it الكلeveryone.
لهذا حب الزهر تقاسمه الكل.

لاno باسharm إنif شردwas displaced شعبa people كلهall of it
لا باس إن شرد شعب كله
وبقيand remained الكرسيthe chair فيin مكانهits place،
وبقي الكرسي في مكانه،

إذfor كلماwhenever ذاقواthey tasted مساءةthe pain of حرهاits heat
إذ كلما ذاقوا مساءة حرها
A palm of flame has slapped them with grief,
For whenever they taste the pain of its heat,
يؤتىis brought لهمto them منfrom أختهاits sister بنصيبِwith a share
يؤتى لهم من أختها بنصيبِ
They are given a share from its sister.
