لا قَدَّسَ اللهُ أَرْواحَ الرَّوافِضِ ما

لا قَدَّسَ اللهُ أَرْواحَ الرَّوافِضِ ما

تَبَسَّمَ البَرْقُ بَيْنَ العارِضِ الهَطِلِ

تَبَسَّمَ البَرْقُ بَيْنَ العارِضِ الهَطِلِ

May God never sanctify the souls of the Rafidites, so long as

God did not sanctify the souls of the rejecters when

lightning smiles amid the rain-pouring cloud.

The lightning smiled between the passing rainclouds

قَوْمٌ إذا قُلْتَ مَلْعُونٌ مُعاوِيَةٌ

قَوْمٌ إذا قُلْتَ مَلْعُونٌ مُعاوِيَةٌ

ويا لِسِرِّ أَمير الْمؤْمِنينَ عَلي

ويا لِسِرِّ أَمير الْمؤْمِنينَ عَلي

A people: if you say, 'Muawiya is accursed,'

A people, if you say "Cursed is Mu'awiyah"

and 'O, for the secret of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali!'

And "Oh, the secret of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali!"

فَأَنْتَ عِنْدَهُمُ العَدْلُ الرَّضِيُّ وإنْ

فَأَنْتَ عِنْدَهُمُ العَدْلُ الرَّضِيُّ وإنْ

رَفَضْتَ شَرْعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ عَنْ كَمَلِ

رَفَضْتَ شَرْعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ عَنْ كَمَلِ

then, in their eyes, you are upright and approved, even if

Then you are, in their view, the pleasing justice, even if

you reject the law of God's Messenger in its entirety.

You rejected the law of the Messenger of God completely
