ضَيّعتَ حَقّكَ في لفظٍ أَتَيتَ بِه

ضَيّعتَ حَقّكَ في لفظٍ أَتَيتَ بِه

فَلَو سَكَتَّ فَإنَّ الحقَّ كانَ لَكا

فَلَو سَكَتَّ فَإنَّ الحقَّ كانَ لَكا

You forfeited your right through a word you uttered.

You have lost your right in an utterance you have made

For had you kept silent, the right would have been yours.

If only you had kept silent, for the right would still be yours
