وَجَنةُ الحبّ تلكَ آيَةُ حُسن

وَجَنةُ الحبّ تلكَ آيَةُ حُسن

وَهيَ كبرى في غَيرها لا أهيمُ

وَهيَ كبرى في غَيرها لا أهيمُ

That cheek of the beloved is a sign of beauty.

The garden of love, that sign of beauty

And it is supreme; I am enamored of no other.

Is greatest among others, I do not doubt

إِنّها لِلقُلوبِ أَعظَمُ نار

إِنّها لِلقُلوبِ أَعظَمُ نار

وَهيَ لِلعَينِ جنّةٌ وَنَعيمُ

وَهيَ لِلعَينِ جنّةٌ وَنَعيمُ

Indeed, it is the greatest fire for hearts.

It is in hearts the greatest fire

And for the eye it is a paradise and bliss.

And to the eye a garden and delight
