I have blossoms of affection, whose planting ground is fair,

From the hand of your love, in the heart of one who kept watch.

Thirst struck them from the heat of your estrangement,

And nearly robbed them of spirit and soul.

So rescue them from ruin with the water of reunion,

For the life of flowers will not return if they dry up.
