نُسِبَ الفَسادُ إِلى الزّما
نِfinal fragment of “time” لِأَنَّهُbecause it was the case that فَسَدgrew corrupt العِبادُpeople
نِ لِأَنَّهُ فَسَد العِبادُ
Corruption was attributed to time,
because people grew corrupt.
فَفَسادُهُso its corruption مِنfrom أَهلِهِits people
فَفَسادُهُ مِن أَهلِهِ
وَدَليلُهُand its proof ظهرَhas appeared الفسادُcorruption
وَدَليلُهُ ظهرَ الفسادُ
So its corruption comes from its people,
and the proof of it: corruption has appeared.
