Come, drink wine that intoxicates,
Come drink some intoxicating wine
From the cups of his mouth, which one never tires of.
In cups whose rim knows no satiety,
وَشمَّand smell خدّاًa cheek عَلَيهِupon it بَداappeared عِذارٌcheek down

And breathe in the scent of a cheek where down has appeared:
And smell a cheek on which appears coquetry
You see water over which a shadow flutters.
Like dew-drops sprinkled over a blossoming vine.
