1. قلتُ صلني فإني لكَ باق

    ولو أن الكثيرَ ليسَ بباق

    I said, “Grant me your love, for I remain yours,

    even if the many do not remain.”

  2. قال من كانَ في الجمالِ وحيداً

    لا يبالي بكثرةِ العشاق

    He said, “One who is peerless in beauty

    pays no heed to the multitude of lovers.”
