فَلا تَحرِصَنَّ فَإِنَّ الأُمورَ

فَلا تَحرِصَنَّ فَإِنَّ الأُمورَ

بِكَفِّ الإِلَهِ مَقاديرُها

بِكَفِّ الإِلَهِ مَقاديرُها

So do not be over-eager, for all affairs—

their destinies lie in the hand of God.

فَلَيسَ يَأتيكَ مَنهِيُّها

فَلَيسَ يَأتيكَ مَنهِيُّها

وَلا قاصِرٌ عَنكَ مَأمورُها

وَلا قاصِرٌ عَنكَ مَأمورُها

What is forbidden of them will not come to you,

nor will what is ordained of them fail to reach you.
