Every day on the scale
إنif رأوهthey see him يوماًone day ترجّحgrow heavier وزناًin weight
إن رأوه يوماً ترجّح وزناً
ضاعفواthey double البرّkindness فهوfor he ذوpossesses رجحانgreater weight
ضاعفوا البرّ فهو ذو رجحان
If they see him one day grow heavier in weight,
If they see him one day heavier in weight
they double their kindness, for he carries greater weight.
They multiply the good deeds for he has more weight
