O son of him who pawned his prayer beads to the wine-seller

on Friday, while counting the bottles.

He kept drinking wine, heedless of

sin, and eating forbidden, unslaughtered flesh,

until, when drunkenness took hold of him, he went to

a woman overflowing with menses, never known to purify herself.

So you were a vile drop of seed, hastened forth by

the lure of depravity, from wine and swine.
