No words of solace reach the hearing
from a naked warner who wears no veil.
Except to increase sorrow and agony.

his heart's sight veiled beyond removal?
Just more burning for the beloved now gone.

Regret and apology, divided.

Once illuminated hearts, radiant effusing.
