Look closely at my house, for in its crown

My home stands out with its crown

is a peerless jewel in which its forelock takes pride.

A jewel adorns it, a shining gem

وَالفرقدانِ تحتَ أقدامهِ

وَالفرقدانِ تحتَ أقدامهِ

فَهو لِجبهاتِ العلى غرّه

فَهو لِجبهاتِ العلى غرّه

And the two Farqad stars are beneath its feet;

At its feet lies the Pleiades

so it is a white blaze upon the brows of glory.

It is a pride for the highest brows
