أَلا نضّ جِلباباً عَن الليمِ أَخضرا

تَجد فيه فانيداً يَسيل وَسكّرا

تَجد فيه فانيداً يَسيل وَسكّرا

Come, strip a green cloak from the lime;

Let us make a green gown out of wool,

You will find within it flowing sugar candy and sugar.

In which you will find vanilla flowing like liquorice,

غَدا في كؤوسٍ كالنجومِ تنظّمت

غَدا في كؤوسٍ كالنجومِ تنظّمت

فَصلّ وكُل وَاِنحر فَقد نلتَ كَوثرا

فَصلّ وكُل وَاِنحر فَقد نلتَ كَوثرا

It has come to be in cups arrayed like stars.

Tomorrow in cups like stars they will be arranged,

So pray, and eat, and sacrifice, for you have gained a Kawthar.

So pray, eat and sacrifice, for you have attained abundance.
