ياO سَيديmy lord خورشيدKhurshid قَدalready أَضحىhas become الهَناjoy
يا سَيدي خورشيد قَد أَضحى الهَنا
بِصُدورwith the issuance of مَنشورdecree الوِزارَةِthe vizierate يُنشَرُis spread
بِصُدور مَنشور الوِزارَةِ يُنشَرُ
O my lord Khurshid, joy is now
My master the sun has become our joy
spreading with the issuance of the decree of appointment to the vizierate.
With the publication of the royal decree of ministry
هاbehold أَنتَyou مُفتَخِرٌproud بِماof what قَدalready نِلتَهُyou attained it
ها أَنتَ مُفتَخِرٌ بِما قَد نِلتَهُ
وَبِكَand in you الوِزارَةُthe vizierate أَرخوهاrecord its date تَفخرُtakes pride
وَبِكَ الوِزارَةُ أَرخوها تَفخرُ
Behold, you are proud of what you have attained,
And through you the ministry is honored and prideful
And in you the vizierate—record its date!—takes pride.
