هَذَا حَفِيدٌ لِفَتْحِ اللهِ مَوْلِدُهُ

فَتْحٌ مِنَ اللهِ وَلِلاَدَابِ وَالفِطَنِ

فَتْحٌ مِنَ اللهِ وَلِلاَدَابِ وَالفِطَنِ

This is Fath Allah’s grandson; his birth

This is a grandson of Fathallah, his birth

is a triumph from God, and for letters and keen minds.

A conquest from God, and for literature and wit

لَمَّا بَدَا أَنْشَدَ الإِقْبَالُ فِي جَذَلٍ
