رقيتَ مقاماً انتَ في الناس فوقهُ

رقيتَ مقاماً انتَ في الناس فوقهُ

لما لَكَ من مَجدٍ تَليدٍ وَطارفِ

لما لَكَ من مَجدٍ تَليدٍ وَطارفِ

You have risen to a rank, yet among people you stand above it,

You have attained a rank above people

for the glory you possess, both inherited and newly won,

Due to your inherited glory and refinement

وَما لَكَ من فضلٍ وعدلٍ مؤَرَّخٍ

وَما لَكَ من فضلٍ وعدلٍ مؤَرَّخٍ

فانتَ بإِنصافٍ مُديرُ المَناصفِ

فانتَ بإِنصافٍ مُديرُ المَناصفِ

and for your merit and justice, recorded in history;

And due to your well documented merit and justice

so, with fairness, you are the administrator of al-Manasif.

So you manage affairs with fairness
