ان الزَمان لكلِّ شيءِ جاعِلٌ

وَقتاً وَيَبقى حافظَ الميقات

Indeed, time appoints for everything

a time, and remains the keeper of the appointed hour.

فاذا تَعاصى الامر طاع بوقتهِ

فاذا تَعاصى الامر طاع بوقتهِ

ان الامور رهينة الاوقاتِ

ان الامور رهينة الاوقاتِ

So when a matter resists, it yields in its own time;

indeed, matters are bound to their times.
