He has a languid eye from the oryx of the sands,
He has from the sickness of the sands an ailing eye,
And a mustache’s green hue from fresh basil,
And from the freshness of sweet basil, greenness of complexion,

And from the bloom of apples, a rosy cheek,
And an eyebrow’s arch from a fine calligrapher’s script,
And from the bend of beautiful writing, the arch of an eyebrow,

And of all that souls love and desire,
And from everything souls desire and crave,
He has a share, but no fault-finder has a share in him.
A share - though no complainer has a share in him.
