وَغدٌa scoundrel لَهُhe has نِعمَةٌprosperity مُؤَثَّلَةٌfirmly established
وَسَيِّدٌand a nobleman لاnot يَزالُceases يَعتَرِضُprotests

while a nobleman never ceases to protest.
فَنَحنُso we مِنbecause of قُبحthe ugliness of ماwhat نُشاهِدُهُwe witness it
مِنamong مَعشَرٍa people فيin قُلوبِهِمtheir hearts مَرَضُsickness
So we, because of the ugliness of what we witness,
are among a people with sickness in their hearts.
