قُلتُ يا صالحُ ارمِ دَل

قُلتُ يا صالحُ ارمِ دَل

وَكَ في جُملَةِ الدِلا

وَكَ في جُملَةِ الدِلا

I said, “O Salih, cast your bucket

I said, "O Saleh, throw a bucket,

among the buckets.”

And be among the whole bucket,"

قال دَعني كما أَشا

قال دَعني كما أَشا

أَحكمُ اليومَ في المَلا

أَحكمُ اليومَ في المَلا

He said, “Let me, as I please,

He said, "Leave me as I desire,

rule today in the assembly.”

I judge the day in the open space."
