  1. إقبلي يا أميرة اللطف حبي

    واقبلي من أبيك هذا الكتابا

    Accept my love, O princess of kindness,

    and accept this book from your father.

  2. إجعليه ذكرى له واجمعي الآرا

    ء فيه واستكتبي الأصحابا

    Make it a keepsake of him, and gather opinions

    in it, and ask friends to write.

  3. جعل الله كل عمرك عيداً

    وربيعاً منضّراً وشبابا

    May God make your whole life a festival,

    and a verdant springtime and youth.
