  1. إني أتيتك للسلام ولم

    أنقل إليك لحاجةٍ رجلي

    I came to you to offer greetings, and did not

    move my foot toward you out of need.

  2. فحجبت دونكَ مرتين وقد

    تشتد واحدةٌ على مثلي

    Yet I was denied access to you twice, though

    even once can weigh heavily on one like me.
