Fadl ibn Sahl has a hand

فَنائِلُها لِلغنى

فَنائِلُها لِلغنى

وَسَطوَتها لِلأَجل

وَسَطوَتها لِلأَجل

For its bounty brings wealth,

Its gifts are for the wealthy

and its might brings death;

Its sway is for the eminent

وَباطِنُها لِلنَّدى

وَباطِنُها لِلنَّدى

وَظاهِرُها لِلقُبَل

وَظاهِرُها لِلقُبَل

and its palm is for generosity,

Its heart is for the dew

and its back is for kisses.

Its surface is for kissing
