تجلى لنا المولى الإمامُ محمدٌ

على أدهم قد راق حُسنُ أديمِهِ

The Master Imam Muhammad appeared

Upon Adam, the beauty of his skin glowed

فأبصرتُ صبحاً فوق ليل وقد حكى

مُقَلّدُ ذاك الطِّرف بعضَ نجومِهِ

I saw a dawn above the night which told

The one with that glance had adorned some of its stars
