May you ever remain, my master, a watering place of mercy,

where thirsty hopes drink their fill in your favor.

You uphold the traditions of lofty deeds in the West,

while your remembrance travels to the earth's farthest reaches.

May you attain against your enemies all that you seek,

and be granted in your sons all that you hope.
