أحمد السقاف أبشر لا نخاف

واغنم الألطاف في ذاك المطاف

Ahmad al-Saqqaf, rejoice: we do not fear.

Ahmad al-Saqaf, rejoice, do not fear

And reap gracious favors at that place of circumambulation.

And gain kindness in that place

والتزم للبيت واحرم واحترم

والتزم للبيت واحرم واحترم

والثم الركن وكن ذا قلب صاف

والثم الركن وكن ذا قلب صاف

And cling to the House, enter the sacred state of pilgrimage, and show reverence.

And adhere to the house, and sanctify and respect it

And kiss the Corner, and be pure of heart.

And cling to the corner and be of a pure heart

والزم البيضا النقيه ملة المصطفى

والزم البيضا النقيه ملة المصطفى

المختار واحذر الإنحراف

المختار واحذر الإنحراف

And hold fast to the white, pure faith of the Chosen One,

And hold fast to the white, pure religion of Mustafa

The Elect, and beware of straying.

The chosen one, and beware deviation

ملة ما مثلها في حسنها

ملة ما مثلها في حسنها

كل من يمشي عليها لا يخاف

كل من يمشي عليها لا يخاف

A faith without equal in its beauty;

A religion that has no equal in its goodness

All who walk upon it have no fear.

All who walk upon it have no fear

ملة فيها السلامة والهنا

ملة فيها السلامة والهنا

غيرها فيها البلايا والحراف

غيرها فيها البلايا والحراف

A faith wherein lie safety and bliss;

A religion in which there is salvation and bliss

Other faiths contain afflictions and hardship.

Others have in them calamities and deviation

سيد السادات من آل مناف

The best guidance among creation is his guidance—

The best guidance in the wilderness is his guidance

The master of masters, from the house of Manaf.

The master of masters from the family of Manaf

فعسى لي منه قسم وافر

فعسى لي منه قسم وافر

وكتب لي حين يقسم سهم واف

وكتب لي حين يقسم سهم واف

So may a generous portion from him be mine,

May I have from him an ample share

And may a full share be written for me when it is apportioned.

And may he decree for me, when dividing, a full portion

رب وفقنا وسددنا له

رب وفقنا وسددنا له

واكفنا ياربنا شر العواف

واكفنا ياربنا شر العواف

Lord, grant us success and guide us aright to it,

Lord, guide us and make us steadfast to him

And protect us, O our Lord, from the evil of calamities.

And protect us, our Lord, from the evil of violent storms
