O master, whose steadiness has mirrored
O noble one whose nobility is confirmed
Saturn, and whose valor has mirrored Mars;
Like the celestial sphere, without flaw like Bahram
وَالشَمسand the sun وَالبَدرand the full moon وَجههhis face
وَالشَمس وَالبَدر وَجهه

وَحكاه المُشتَري قائِماً صواما
And whose face has mirrored the sun and the full moon;
His face is the sun and moon
And whom Jupiter has mirrored, standing in prayer and often fasting.
The moving Jupiter sings his praises while fasting

وَهُوَ يُسامي النُجوم إِن ساما
So no one rivals him in eminence,
None can equal his loftiness
And he rivals the stars whenever he aspires.
He surpasses the stars, should they vie

May you always remain my refuge, through whom I ward off
You remain my refuge, to which I return
Time’s vicissitudes from me, should it deal unjustly.
Sheltering me from time's vicissitudes, should they oppress

For every need that arises, I find him
I found him in every need that befell me
Generous, his domain fertile, lavish in giving.
Generous, quick to aid, ever bountiful
