قد بلغنا يا ناس كل المرام

قد بلغنا يا ناس كل المرام

وفرغنا في خير شهر الصيام

وفرغنا في خير شهر الصيام

Indeed, we have attained, O people, all we desired.

We have reached, O people, all aspirations,

And we have finished in the best month of fasting.

And completed the blessed month of fasting.

وأكلنا كنافة من قوام

وأكلنا كنافة من قوام

وعليها سكر مليح خلقه اللَه

وعليها سكر مليح خلقه اللَه

And we ate kunafa from Qawam.

We ate kunafa of fine texture,

And atop it was fine sugar, which God created.

Topped with sugar beautifully created by Allah.

ومنيفيش ما أحلى شكله

ومنيفيش ما أحلى شكله

وما أظرف

وما أظرف

And Munayfish—how sweet he looks!

There is nothing sweeter in appearance,

And how charming!

Nothing more elegant.

له شقيقات حلوه ومن ذا

له شقيقات حلوه ومن ذا

يعرف

يعرف

He has sweet sisters—and who is it that

It has delicious sisters, who could know?

Knows?

Whenever it passes, my heart flutters,

كلما جاز يبقى قليبي يرفرف

كلما جاز يبقى قليبي يرفرف

فأناديه يا سيدي في جيرة اللَه

فأناديه يا سيدي في جيرة اللَه

Whenever he passes, my little heart keeps fluttering.

So I call out, "O my master, for Allah's sake!"

So I call to him: 'My master, I am under God's protection!'
