O his mouth, from his temple, and by an eye
O cheeks and glances from their edges
From his gaze, and by a swordsman from his cheek,
And locks from his cheek and mole from his temple

And dawn from his cheek and glances
From his two moles, and by a spear-shaft from his stature,
From his moles and charms from his stature

Be gentle with what love has seized
The line of cheek-down, endorsing its return.
For the line of excuse has fallen on its response
