And a drunkard’s cup, with the sun rising within it,
Like a cup of wine with the rising sun within
Spent the night continually kissing his mouth until dawn.
It lingered, kissing his lips until dawn,

It is light when full, and brings heaviness when empty,
Emptying itself to lighten its fullness
Like the body when the soul is present or absent.
Like a body with or without its soul.
