أيادِيكَ رَدَّتْ يَدِي فِي يَدَيْكا

أيادِيكَ رَدَّتْ يَدِي فِي يَدَيْكا

وبِرُّكَ قادَ عِناني إليْكا

وبِرُّكَ قادَ عِناني إليْكا

Your favors have put my hand back in your hands,

Your hands returned my hand in your hands

And your kindness has led my reins to you,

And your righteousness led my reins to you

كقَوْدِكَ للحربِ خَيْلاً تَهُزُّ

كقَوْدِكَ للحربِ خَيْلاً تَهُزُّ

عَوَاليَها من كِلا جانِبَيْكا

عَوَاليَها من كِلا جانِبَيْكا

As you lead cavalry to war, brandishing

Like your leadership of horses for war that shake

Their tall lances on either side of you.

Their forelocks from both sides of you

وقد أبْصرَ النُّجْحُ فِي ناظِرَيْكا

وقد أبْصرَ النُّجْحُ فِي ناظِرَيْكا

وساعَدَهُ السَّعْدُ من ساعِديكا

وساعَدَهُ السَّعْدُ من ساعِديكا

And success has found sight in your eyes,

And success has seen in your eyes

And good fortune has aided it through your forearms.

And fortune has aided it from your arms

وهذا إيابيَ من يومِ زُمَّتْ

وهذا إيابيَ من يومِ زُمَّتْ

رِكابِيَ من غُرَّتَيْ كَوْكَبَيْكا

رِكابِيَ من غُرَّتَيْ كَوْكَبَيْكا

And this is my return, since the day they were bridled—

And this is my return from the day

My mounts—from the radiant brows of your two stars,

My feet slipped from the tilting of your two stars

إلى كل بَرٍّ وبحرٍ أنارَتْ

إلى كل بَرٍّ وبحرٍ أنارَتْ

جَوَانِبُها مِنْ ثَنائي عَلَيكا

جَوَانِبُها مِنْ ثَنائي عَلَيكا

To every land and sea, lit up

To every righteousness and sea you enlightened

In their reaches by my praise of you.

Its sides from my praise of you

أشِيمُ نجوماً هَدَتْني إليكَ

أشِيمُ نجوماً هَدَتْني إليكَ

تَلوحُ مَطَالِعُها مِنْ يَدَيْكا

تَلوحُ مَطَالِعُها مِنْ يَدَيْكا

I watch stars that have guided me to you;

I guide stars that led me to you

Their rising places gleam from your hands.

Their risings gleam from your hands

يدورُ بِهَا فَلَكٌ من عُلاكَ

يدورُ بِهَا فَلَكٌ من عُلاكَ

فمِنْ مَشْرِقيْكَ إلى مَغْرِبَيكا

فمِنْ مَشْرِقيْكَ إلى مَغْرِبَيكا

A celestial sphere of your glory revolves with them,

A sphere revolves with them from your ascension

Thus from your two easts to your two wests.

From your east to your west

لياليَ أبْقَيْتَها للأَنامِ

لياليَ أبْقَيْتَها للأَنامِ

وذِكْرَاكَ فِيهَا حَماماً وأيْكا

وذِكْرَاكَ فِيهَا حَماماً وأيْكا

Nights you have preserved for humankind,

Nights you kept for people

And your remembrance within them as doves and groves.

And your remembrance in them coos like a dove

فلا بَرِحَتْ نِعَمُ اللهِ تَتْرى

فلا بَرِحَتْ نِعَمُ اللهِ تَتْرى

لَدَيَّ مُفَجَّرَةً من يَدَيْكا

لَدَيَّ مُفَجَّرَةً من يَدَيْكا

So may God's blessings never cease to come in succession

So the blessings of God did not cease

To me, gushing forth from your hands.

To flow before me from your hands
