ياO واعِظَpreacher to الناسِthe people ماnever تَنفَكُّyou become free مِنfrom تَعبٍweariness

O preacher of mankind, you suffer endless toil
Tormented between erections and bankruptcy.
Tormented by begging and poverty
ماhow كانَwould have أَغناكَspared you عَنfrom إِلحافِimportunity مَسأَلَةٍbegging
لَوif كانَhad been فيin اِستِthe arse of نَصيرٍNasir داءُthe ailment of عَبّاسِAbbas
How well you could have done without persistent begging,

Had Abbas's ailment been in Nasir's arse!
Even if the malady of Abbas could assist
