Tears divulged a secret I had not divulged.

So my tears are my bane—do not wrong me.

What fault is mine, then, if my tears

Aid the instruments of death against me?

If a companion suspects some of what ails me,

They set the face of certainty before his eyes.

And we are pelted with suspicions when we meet,

So my glance dispels the uncertainty of those suspicions.
