جرحتَ الأبرياءَ فأنتَ قاضٍ

You have wounded the innocent—so you are a judge,

Preying on people's honor with ulterior motives.

Ruling on reputations with ill intentions

ألمْ تعلمْ بأنَّ اللّهَ عَدْلٌ

ألمْ تعلمْ بأنَّ اللّهَ عَدْلٌ

ويعلمُ ما جرحتمْ بالنَّهارِ

ويعلمُ ما جرحتمْ بالنَّهارِ

Do you not know that God is just,

Do you not know that Allah is just

And knows what you have committed by day?

And knows what you have wounded in broad daylight
