وما كفى ما أتوهُ

وما كفى ما أتوهُ

منَ الضلالِ الجلي

منَ الضلالِ الجلي

And what they committed was not enough—

What they attribute to him

of manifest error—

Of manifest misguidance

حتى أضافوهُ جهلاً

حتى أضافوهُ جهلاً

إلى الإمامِ علي

إلى الإمامِ علي

until, in ignorance, they ascribed it

Is not enough, rather they add

to Imam Ali.
