حلتْshe untied رباطَthe tether of الخروفِthe sheep تنشدُهُshe recites to it
حلتْ رباطَ الخروفِ تنشدُهُ
أماdo … not ترىyou see الشمسَthe sun حلَّتِhas entered الحَملاAries, the Ram
أما ترى الشمسَ حلَّتِ الحَملا
She untied the sheep’s tether, reciting to it:
“Do you not see that the sun has entered Aries, the Ram?”
