ظُنّوا بربِّ العرشِ ما هو أهلُهُ

لا تقطعوا لمخلِّطٍ بالنارِ

لا تقطعوا لمخلِّطٍ بالنارِ

Think of the Lord of the Throne as befits Him.

They assumed the Lord of the Throne was as they fancied

Do not declare one who mixes good and evil destined for the Fire.

Do not decide for the confused one the Fire

أنا في يقيني أنَّ لي مِنْ حرِّها

أنا في يقيني أنَّ لي مِنْ حرِّها

حصناً يقيني وهْوَ عفْوُ الباري

حصناً يقيني وهْوَ عفْوُ الباري

I am certain that, against its heat, I have

I am certain I have a fortress from its heat

A fortress that protects me—and it is the Creator's pardon.

My fortress of certainty is the Pardoner's mercy
