Look at a line of cheek-down; there appeared

Look at the line of blushing that appeared

Beneath it moles, like dots.

صحَّتْ بهِ نسبةُ حسنٍ إلى

صحَّتْ بهِ نسبةُ حسنٍ إلى

مَنْ راحتِ الأرواحُ فيهِ غلطْ

مَنْ راحتِ الأرواحُ فيهِ غلطْ

Through it, beauty was rightly ascribed to

Made true the proportion of beauty to

One for whose sake souls perished by mistake.

One in whom souls have erred
