Sol 6.1

  1. وكأنَّهُ عريانُ في حمامِهِ

    والسدرُ يزهو فوقَ أبيضَ أحمرا

    And he is like a naked man in his bath,

    While lote leaves gleam upon one fair and ruddy;

  2. صنمٌ من الكافورِ قُلِّدَ لؤلؤاً

    رطباً وأُلبسَ ثوبَ لاذٍ أصفرا

    An idol of camphor, adorned with pearls

    Moist, and clothed in a robe of yellow silk.
