Toward al-Khayf from Wadi al-Sana, then on to al-Muhassab,

I call out to you: “My heart is with you—turn aside,
That I may bid it farewell, as the mounts trot bearing you and me.

Otherwise, return it to me, for
My wandering without my heart is but scant enjoyment.”
