O face of Shurra, O brother of the full moon!

O face of misfortune, O brother of the full moon

Are you content with turning away and abandonment?

You became content with turning away and estrangement

وَترَكتَني وَحَجَجتَ مُعتَمِراً

وَترَكتَني وَحَجَجتَ مُعتَمِراً

طَوبى لِرُكنِ البَيتِ وَالحَجَرِ

طَوبى لِرُكنِ البَيتِ وَالحَجَرِ

And you left me and went on pilgrimage, performing ʿumrah.

And you left me as you went on pilgrimage
