O newcomer, whose glad tidings have spread throughout the world!

Welcome to your coming, with its auspicious omen!

And welcome to you, a festival amid rejoicing!

Nomads and townspeople alike have shown their joy through you.

You have arrived, and creation is in bliss and joy.

Nomads and townspeople alike have shown their joy through you.

And the earth has donned its robes of fine silk,

And the garden's blossoms have smiled forth.

The hand of rain wove robes across its expanses,

When its early showers watered them in quick succession.

    So dazzling lights shone there,

And fragrant blossoms gave off their scent there.

And there the birds' orator arose, improvising,

And his pulpits were studded with flowers.

Its robe is embroidered; Time had folded it away for a while,

So behold, today he unfurls it for eyes to see.

So the bough, in rapture, bends its flanks,

And the birds' lutes sing out in delight.

And the flower-sheaths split open to reveal their blossoms,

Just as a close friend's innermost thoughts have become clear to you.
