يا أيها المولى الذي أعمالُهُ

أحيَت سَبِيلَ أبِيهِ والأجدادِ

أحيَت سَبِيلَ أبِيهِ والأجدادِ

O lord, whose deeds

Have revived the way of his father and forefathers.

جُودٌ يفيضُ على البلادِ وأهلِها

جُودٌ يفيضُ على البلادِ وأهلِها

يَقضِي بأنَّكَ واحدُ الأجوادِ

يَقضِي بأنَّكَ واحدُ الأجوادِ

A generosity that floods the land and its people

Proclaims you peerless among the generous.

وبسالةٌ نَحوَ العِدا فتكاتُها

وبسالةٌ نَحوَ العِدا فتكاتُها

مثل الظُبى سُلَّت مِنَ الأغمادِ

مثل الظُبى سُلَّت مِنَ الأغمادِ

And valor against the foe, whose deadly strokes

Are like sword blades drawn from their scabbards.

فَحِمَى عَرِينكَ مَربَضُ الأسادِ

فَحِمَى عَرِينكَ مَربَضُ الأسادِ

ونَدَي يَمِينِكَ مشرَعُ الورادِ

ونَدَي يَمِينِكَ مشرَعُ الورادِ

Thus your lair's sanctuary is a resting place for lions,

And your right hand's bounty is a watering place for those who come to drink.

فمكارمٌ آثارُها مأثورةٌ

فمكارمٌ آثارُها مأثورةٌ

برّزت فيها سابِقَ الأمجادِ

برّزت فيها سابِقَ الأمجادِ

So these are noble deeds, their traces handed down;

In them you surpassed the foremost of the illustrious.
