تبتmay they perish يداهhis two hands وخابand may it fail منهfrom him سعيهhis striving
تبت يداه وخاب منه سعيه
فليمحونso shall surely erase تثليثهhis trinitarian belief التوحيدmonotheism
فليمحون تثليثه التوحيد
May his hands perish! All his striving has come to nothing.
May his two hands perish, and may his striving fail.
So let divine Oneness utterly efface his Trinity.
So monotheism shall surely erase his trinitarian belief.
همthey دمّرواdestroyed التثليثthe Trinity بالعزمwith resolve الذيwhich
هم دمّروا التثليث بالعزم الذي
بمضائهthrough its force قدindeed أيّدwas strengthened التوحيدmonotheism
بمضائه قد أيّد التوحيد
They shattered the Trinity with that resolve which,
They destroyed the Trinity with a resolve
through its keen edge, has strengthened divine Oneness.
by whose force monotheism was indeed strengthened.
